joschi's 3-week yoga4men beginner series will ease you into the practice of vinyasa yoga and lays down the basics
of the alignment, the transition between the poses and the breathing within the flow. each class builds on information
and movements from the prior class, allowing you to build a strong foundation and progressively increase your knowledge,
strength and flexibility. class size is limited so that you will receive lots of personal attention and gain the skills and
confidence to move on to the next level. please note, this three week series is meant to be attended on all of the above listed dates,
there are no substitutions or make-up dates.
