My first class at Joschi's was almost a year ago; not only was I new to the studio, but I was totally new to yoga.
I had prepared myself to be a little intimidated and overwhelmed, but found the exact opposite even on my first day.
Monika greeted me (by name!), and Joschi was a warm and giving teacher -- pushing me to my limits while still making me feel comfortable and capable.
Every day since has been as great as that first one. I've taken yoga & Pilates classes with almost all of the teachers -- each brings his / her own perspective to the practice,
but the common thread is a commitment to create a fun, inviting, and nurturing environment.
Even as the number of students grows, Joschi's studio continues to feel like a private oasis. I feel lucky to have found such a wonderful home for my practice. -
