shaun granato - wall street by day, shaun has found delight in the mind/body release of yoga and meditation. shaun has been practicing yoga for nine years and martial arts for many years prior. he has a degree in biology and received his 200-hour yoga alliance certification through joschi yoga institute. shaun's guidance in yoga is strength-based and his style is vinyasa 'kicked-up' a notch. he loves to include variations on movement that engage the muscles all while maintaining focus of breath. with his wide range of complex poses, shaun can show you the beginner ropes of becoming an advanced yogi. shaun is also a student of buddhism and brings the laws of cause and effect into his teaching style. |
