sarah stewart has been enjoying yoga for over a decade and earned her 200-hour yoga alliance certification at the joschi yoga institute. through the exploration of different styles, she gathered ideas from various schools to bring to her classes. as a practicing lawyer, she knows well how a strong, sweaty vinyasa flow can undo the stresses we experience in our daily lives. she incorporates simple techniques - linking movement to breath and attending to proper alignment - to have profound effects on how we move through our every day. sarah hopes to help her students become stronger, more balanced, more confident and mindful, while offering a meditation in motion. |
