the business director of joschi international, inc. monika werner is responsible
for the company's financial planning, sales and marketing as well as the
strategic business initiatives.
monika began her career with factor 4U, inc. in its stuttgart office in 1998, where she worked closely with the owner and ceo on all aspects of the business, including the concept behind the company as well as the development of the marketing strategies. monika then moved to factor 4U, inc. usa in october 2000, where she held a variety of operations and commercial management positions of increasing responsibility and became general manager in 2002.
her earlier work experience includes being a consultant for alma mater, a personnel search firm, where she worked closely with clients like toshiba, general motors and heidrick & struggles.
monika's career also includes being a marketing researcher for the university of hohenheim where she worked on several collaborative projects with private-owned and corporate businesses.
monika graduated with honors in economics and business administration (majoring in marketing, psychology and human resources) form the university of hohenheim, germany.
she is fluent in english and german, competent in spanish, possessing some knowledge of french and russian.
