look your best - both physically and mentally - and expect gains in strength, flexibility, stamina, body control, and sexual function. the yoga4men series will ease you into the practice of vinyasa hot yoga and explore the connection between body & mind. the energy packed, continuously flowing workout pays special attention to parts of men's bodies that are often least flexible. "tragically hip" we usually have a difficult time with hip-opening poses, hamstring and lower back stretches... yoga4men gives these areas extra attention.

the focus in this all-men yoga class is on the specific alignment, the transition between the poses and the breathing within the flow. all levels are welcome and will find this class accessible. (provided you have no serious injury or illness then the sessions will be suitable and allow you to work and progress at your own level.)
please wear something comfortable to move/sweat in e.g. shorts (square cut swimsuits are ok) and a shirt (optional) ...bare feet! bring your own yoga mat, a towel and water if you prefer or rent/buy it here.
