- megan's approach to teaching yoga draws heavily from her training in ashtanga, interdisciplinary yoga and zen buddhism. she believes that we feel best when we experience a harmony between the challenge at hand and our individual skill set. through yoga, megan has learned that we are able to respond harmoniously only when we listen to our inner wisdom. by bringing a light-hearted, yet focused sensitivity to the challenges of asana, megan creates the space and opportunity, through the fluid combination of breath and movement, for practioners to listen to and embody their own innate wisdom. all in all, for megan yoga is about feeling good, learning to create an ideal, personalized experience and having a great time doing so!
