meg carlough was introduced to yoga and became a serious practitioner in 1999 after a serious accident. yoga helped her rebuild - both physically and emotionally - as it strengthened both her body and mind. having been profoundly changed by the practice, she felt compelled to pursue it on a deeper level. meg holds certifications in the vinyasa flow style of yoga, prenatal yoga and advanced anatomy training. her classes focus on alignment and self exploration while keeping a light heart and an open mind. she believes that regardless of injury, age or body type anyone can practice and benefit from this powerful art. she is incredibly grateful to those who have taught and supported her and for the opportunity to share the inspiring beauty of yoga with others. meg holds a bfa in photography and has worked for the american museum of natural history. |
