WHAT TO EXPECT
Surrounded by the sounds of monkeys and exotic birds, you will experience life in the jungle starts early - so do we. Each day will feature transformative yoga practices and fun fitness workouts at the beach, the pool or the ocean view yoga studio. During the week, Joschi and Monika will offer lectures/discussions on yoga, fitness and nutrition to help inspire your healthy lifestyle. And yes, there will also be plenty of time to rest, take walks on the beach, have fun at the pool, enjoy delicious spa treatments and experience a variety of rainforest adventures. Dinner is served as the sun goes down. This is the time to connect, to share our experiences and to cultivate transformation for 2014!
Joschi is an internationally recognized specialist for anatomy, fitness and yoga with a teaching experience that spans over more than 20 years. He is one of America's most naturally gifted teachers with a particular passion for creative teaching. A true movement aficionado, Joschi has taught more classes, workshops, and teacher trainings than you've had slices of pizza. As an educator, he has the innate ability to translate the mystical elements of yoga into real-life situations of contemporary life.

This retreat is open to all levels of yoga/fitness, couples, friends and solo travelers; we are happy to arrange a roommate for you.
The space is limited so it is difficult for us to accommodate single room occupancy. However, you are welcome to put in a request for a single room and as the retreat approaches we will see if this can be fulfilled.
HOW TO GET TO THE OSA PENINSULA
Upon your arrival into San Jose at Juan Santamaria International Airport, you will need to make a connection that will bring you south down to the Osa Peninsula.
