we highly recommend that you take it easy and allow yourself the freedom of being a beginner.
to start your journey of yoga our 101 beginner workshop or 4-week beginner series is just what you are looking for. in our 101 beginner workshop or 4-week beginner series you begin to build the foundation for your yoga practice in a small group with individualized attention. you will explore various yoga postures and we guide you step-by-step. the focus of our 101 beginner workshop or 4-week beginner series is on the natural alignment, the transition between poses and the breathing within the flow. the gentle, interactive experience is designed to instill you with the comfort, strength and knowledge needed to explore and enjoy your workout.

here a few steps to help you get started:
• do not eat 2-3 hours before your class and try to hydrate yourself by drinking plenty of water before class. arrive 15 minutes before the class starts - to register, change and settle down.
• introduce yourself to the teacher before class begins. please let the teacher know about any health concerns you might have.
• ask questions before and after class to better understand the practice. we all have different questions, so ask yours. try to create a relationship with your teachers so they can help you.
• practice regularly to get the best results. after taking our 101 beginner workshop, two to three times a week will create real change fast.
